RD-XLF80DT高速紙碗成型機(jī)采用臺(tái)式布局，將成型部分與傳動(dòng)部分隔離。傳動(dòng) 部分安裝在臺(tái)面下的機(jī)架內(nèi)，采用縱軸傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)，圓柱分度凸輪和齒輪傳動(dòng)。所有傳動(dòng)部分采用淋浴式潤滑。成型模具安裝在臺(tái)面上，便于清理維護(hù)。全機(jī)由 PLC 控制，全程由光電跟蹤監(jiān)控，底紙采用伺服供料。

可以通過更換模具生產(chǎn)紙碗的尺寸從46盎司到170盎司，用途廣泛，比如KFC桶等。

RD-XLF80DT high speed paper bowl forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing    CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.Can be used to produce paper bowls from 46 oz to 170 oz by changing molds for a wide range of applications,such as KFC buckets.
