RD-XLF-80SLT高速沙拉碗成型機采用臺式布局，將成型部分與傳動部分隔離。傳動 部分安裝在臺面下的機架內，采用縱軸傳動結構，圓柱分度凸輪和齒輪傳動。所有傳動部分采用淋浴式潤滑。成型模具安裝在臺面上，便于清理維護。全機由 PLC 控制，全程由光電跟蹤監控，底紙采用伺服供料。

RD-XLF-80SLT適用于生產口徑150mm以上的1000-1800ml 沙拉碗。

RD-XLF-80SLT high speed paper salad bowls forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing    CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.

RD-XLF-80SLT is suitable for producing 1000-1800ml salad bowls whose diameter is bigger   than 150mm.
