RD-XLF116w 高速紙碗成型機(jī)是采用伺服控制自動旋轉(zhuǎn)吸紙機(jī)構(gòu)，縱軸傳動結(jié)構(gòu)，桶式圓柱分度機(jī)構(gòu)和齒輪傳動，自動噴霧潤滑，雙卷邊機(jī)構(gòu)。可選配視覺檢測系統(tǒng)，從上方檢測杯（碗）卷口和內(nèi)部區(qū)域的污點(diǎn)、昆蟲、卷口爆口、起皺。
RD-XLF116w 可以通過更換模具生產(chǎn)紙杯的尺寸從24盎司到46盎司紙碗。適用于生產(chǎn)市場碗，泡面碗，湯碗等。
RD-XLF116w high-speed paper bowl forming machine adopts servo control automatic rotating paper suction mechanism, longitudinal shaft transmission structure, barrel cylinder indexing mechanism and gear transmission, with automatic spray lubrication, and double curling mechanism.
Visual inspection system can be installed on the machine as optional. configured to detect the stains, insects, curling mouth cracks and wrinkles in the cup (bowl) curling mouth and internal area from above.
The RD-XLF116w can produce paper cups from 24 ounces to 46 ounces by changing the mold. Applicable to the production of market bowls, instant noodles bowls, soup bowls, etc.
